One thing to do this weekend is to catch the air and water show! Crowded, but fun…if you are going to go…try for Sunday (sunny and 70)…Saturday is supposed to storm…although this is Chicago weather we are talking about 🙂

I hope you are all out enjoying the cool, yet gorgeous Chicago weather. Just wanted to give you a heads up. I have an exempt listing in the South Loop that will be ready for showings by Wed. August 20th. This 1 BR+den, 1.1 BA has KILLER views from the 24th floor of the Chicago Skyline and Lake Michigan (featured image taken from the balcony). Nicely appointed in a NEWER Building with New carpeting and fresh paint. Fully loaded doorman building (exercise facility, party room, pool, sun deck, etc). Everything you can imagine at your fingertips (Trader Joe’s, Jewel, CTA, Restaurants, Columbia College, Museums…).
All this for under 300k INCLUDING a premium indoor parking spot.
Scheduled to go public after Labor Day, but showings to begin Wed. August 20th.
Contact me today for more information. This one won’t last. Get in before it goes live!!!
I was truly saddened to hear of the passing of Robin Williams. Even thought I did not know him personally, I felt as if I did (as I am sure a lot of you did). I grew up with Mork and Mindy and adored Robin from the beginning…he had me at nanu nanu!
I hope your pain is gone and that you are at peace. A genius at his craft and a caring human being. A loving husband and father. What a tragic loss.
Please don’t wait until it is too late. If you ever have feelings of despair…talk to someone…reach out…I hope that out of this tragedy comes more awareness. The only “danger” comes from silence.
Until later…goodnight Mork…RIP…
